Travel
Because of the distance travel to Sweden is by air, using low cost airlines from a variety of departure points across the UK. Coach transfers from Swedish airports to your resort will be by executive coaches. Your quote will not include transfer from your school to your point of departure in the UK but we can offer this facility if you require it.
We will offer you the following as standard:
- No hidden extra charges.
- An initial visit to your school to discuss your trip and après ski options.
- An evening presentation to all students, their parents and staff prior to the tour going out.
- An Anglia Representative with you for the duration of your tour.
- Friendly and personal service.
- Your own dedicated Desk Officer to handle and process all your enquiries.
- Assistance with Risk Assessment.
- A robust Safety Management System.
Financial Security
Any pre-payments to us are protected by our Trust Account system, which means access to any payments by you cannot be used by us until after your tour has returned. The Trust Account system is one of three methods protecting consumers' money approved by the EU Travel and Package Regulations.
What is included in the price?
- Return travel to Sweden by flights to either Skavsta or Vasteras airports.
- Coach transfer from airport to resort at the start and end of your holiday.
- Daily coach to the slopes if not within walking distance.
- Special ski insurance.
- 6 day comprehensive ski pass.
- 6 day hire of ski equipment.
- 2 or 4 hours a day ski lessons with fully qualified instructors depending on your requirements.
- 7 nights Half Board accommodation.
- 1:10 Free staff ratio
- Advice and arrangement of après ski facilities (some will require a supplement).
- An Anglia representative with you at all times.
What's not included in your price
- Transfer from school to the airport (although we can quote you for this).
- Lunch - all the resorts have reasonably priced cafes and restaurants. We can provide packed lunches for a small daily supplement if required.
- Longer than two hours a day instruction - more is available at a supplement.
- Cost of some après ski facilities.
Note: Prices quoted on the website are based on 40 paying students with four free members of staff.
